Phase III: Design Development

In Phase III we will work with you to refine and articulate the design elements identified in Phase II. These may include site walls and steps, paving, shade structures, trellis design, productive garden beds, fencing, gate design, landscape lighting, storage, pool design, pool house/equipment, shed/architectural structure design, sculptures, art elements, etc.

Materials will be reviewed and selected for the construction documents. Plans will be drafted by hand and in AutoCAD.
