*Please note that LHD does not provide bids or estimates. Once your final design package is created, you may use LHD's trusted network of licensed landscape contractors to bid out your project. Kate creates the vision, conceptual plans and construction documents, while your chosen contractor will address all budgeting inquiries, source plant materials, do all grading/earthwork, demolition/preparation of the site, install landscape lighting, irrigation, and build your garden. Kate facilitates all construction management and is on-site placing plants and assisting throughout the entire installation.
We look forward to transforming your interior/exterior space into your wildest dreams!

How long does an average project take?
Each project varies, and is determined by scope, site characteristics, and client needs. In general, landscape design projects fall between 85-150+ hours. This includes all design work, client communication, project management, a full set of Construction Documents and color concepts, sketches and a project proposal book. Interior plant styling projects range from 10-50+ hours, also depending on scope and client needs, as well as plant shop visits. After our initial in-person consultation, we will have a better estimate of what your project will require.
